People & Culture Manager (w/m/d)

What you will be working on:

  • Operational & Administrative Tasks:

    • Overseeing all personnel-related processes, including contract management, terminations, payroll, benefits, vacation planning, workation policies, and onboarding/offboarding

    • Ensuring compliance with key labor law regulations

    • Continuously optimizing and automating HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

  • People Management & Culture:

    • Supporting development discussions, retrospectives, and the ongoing growth of employees

    • Driving and enhancing company culture through the development and implementation of culture-building initiatives

    • Advising and coaching leaders to foster an active business partner role

    • Acting as the main point of contact for employees on all HR-related matters

    • Organizing and leading team events to strengthen team spirit and reinforce company culture

  • Recruiting:

    • Managing the full recruitment process, including collaboration with freelancers and external service providers

    • Ensuring a streamlined and efficient hiring process

Desired Experiences & Skills
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position in People & Culture, ideally in a (dynamic) fast-growing company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for people management and company culture
  • Deep knowledge of operational and administrative HR processes, including basic labor law
  • Enjoy working with the team on team development and atmosphere
  • Experience in automating HR processes and working with HR software (e.g., Personio)
  • Experience in leadership coaching and advising managers is a plus
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
  • Fluent in German and English
