What you will be working on:
Operational & Administrative Tasks:
Overseeing all personnel-related processes, including contract management, terminations, payroll, benefits, vacation planning, workation policies, and onboarding/offboarding
Ensuring compliance with key labor law regulations
Continuously optimizing and automating HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
People Management & Culture:
Supporting development discussions, retrospectives, and the ongoing growth of employees
Driving and enhancing company culture through the development and implementation of culture-building initiatives
Advising and coaching leaders to foster an active business partner role
Acting as the main point of contact for employees on all HR-related matters
Organizing and leading team events to strengthen team spirit and reinforce company culture
Recruiting:
Managing the full recruitment process, including collaboration with freelancers and external service providers
Ensuring a streamlined and efficient hiring process
