Senior Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to help transition our monolithic software into a scalable, event-driven cloud architecture. Our goal is to provide e-learning and cyber security solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, reducing risks through modern, cloud-native technologies.

What you will be working on:

Cloud Architecture & Development: Design and optimize AWS-based infrastructure with services like Lambda, ECS, EKS, DynamoDB, RDS, API Gateway, S3, Glue, and QuickSight.
Infrastructure as Code: Automate infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CDK.
Scalability & Event-Driven Architecture: Implement event-driven patterns with SNS, SQS, and EventBridge.
Microservices & Serverless Migration: Lead the transition to a modular, cloud-native infrastructure.
Data Management & Analytics: Leverage AWS tools for efficient data processing and visualization.
CI/CD & Security: Establish CI/CD pipelines, implement best security practices, and ensure compliance.
Team Guidance: Support developers and product managers in design decisions and AWS adoption.

Desired Experiences & Skills

Strong AWS Expertise: Experience in designing, deploying, and managing AWS solutions.
Infrastructure as Code Mastery: Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation proficiency.
Containerization & Microservices: Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and serverless experience.
Data & Security Knowledge: AWS data services, IAM policies, and networking best practices.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach.
Excellent Communication: Ability to guide teams and document best practices.
